hey i am 14 have blonde quite thick hair longish with norml parten and no fringe fancy a change but fo some reason my mum really doesnt what me 2 have a fringe or anything any ideas on how 2 change her mind or nice hairstyles without a fringe ??!! thankyou x

why not try a side part and side fringe. this way if you dont like it you can clip it back, but if you get a proper fringe its hard to do anything with it. remember to ask for a long side fringe then if it doesnt suit you , you can centre part it again . good luck !
also look in magazines and see what you like then take the magazine the hairdressers and ask for something similar.

There are some websites (e.g. below) where you can go into a virtual hairstyle setting and upload your own photo then put difft hairstyles around it. Perhaps if you could do that and show your mum some choices she'd see what suited you.

have you hair layered and feathered. this will remove alot of the bulk of the haiy and you head will feel lighter.
it will look different but you will be able to retain alot of the length-which is probably what your mum is really worried about-everyone is happy!
