Okay... So when I go to windows update I get the following message...

"To install updates from this website, you must be logged on as an administrator or a member of the Administrators group on your computer. If you use Windows XP, you can see if you are an administrator by going to User Accounts in Control Panel.

Note: If your computer is connected to a network, network policy settings might also prevent you using this website. Contact your system administrator for help with updates."

And I have checked numerous times and I am administrator of my computer, the only one. I've tried restarting my computer. Can anybody help me fix this so I can update my computer?

Manage your computer services. Make sure you have Automatic Updates set to automatically start up. Also, the BITS (Background Intelligent Transfer Service) may need to be on.

You might need to reboot afterwards.
