That's just crazy. First of all if you haven't noticed there is no lack of snow in a lot of places that shouldn't even have snow. Second, snow has to do with the water in the atmosphere not all the water on earth. If this was true you should see a change in sea level as well which we do not observe. And think about it...it is a tiny percentage of all the world's water that is actually bottled, and as soon as you drink the water for all intensive purposes it is returned to the water cycle available for snow production. Who is talking about this?

We have yet to bottle enough water to impact evaporation which supplies the likes of rain and snow.
I imagine the plastic will do more to harm the environment when discarded, than could ever be effected by retaining the water inside it.

its crazy.
The amount of bottled water in the world is no where near enough to affect the planet's water cycle, which is mostly dependant on the ocean for fresh supplies of moisture. Most definatly not the sources that get bottled.

That is plain nonsense. The amount of water in bottles is a mere drop in the ocean.

Just another urban legend. Hoaxes like this are everywhere.
I'll bet if you think it through you would not believe that snow thing.

That's an absolutely crazy idea. I can't imagine how that could be, but I'd be interested in knowing how they can think that...
