I just went to the dentist and i asked him how i can whiten my teeth. He said i should use those strips. I don't know which ones to use because i wear a retainer at night. Do you know any brands that you would recomend? What do you use?

Use the Crest whitestrips or any kind of strips, you can use them anytime of the day.

I just use the old tooth brush & tothpaste 3x a day.My teeth are as white as snow!
