She is bringing you a "present". Just like she would to her natural mom in the wild. The fact that is is your underwear is because of the scent on it. All animals (humans are animals) excrete body fluids that have odor. She is attracted to it and since she accepts you as the alpha, she is only doing what she feels is natural. She is giving you a gift. Embarrasing, yes, but a gift no less. Be glad its not a mouse. But, should a mouse ever come into your house, you can pretty much bet that she will bring that to you as well.

My female cat will find shirts or clothing (and the ends of my sofa) and will carry them upstairs. She does not meow but she carries them around the house. Maybe it's her way of telling my boyfriend not to leave clothes laying around the house!
But the fabric ends on the sofa I can't figure out!

My kitty does this too, only she doesn't meow. She only rolls around in them and carries them around in her mouth. SHe likes the socks I take off the best, but once or twice she got my underwear out of my laundry basket and carried it around in her mouth in front of compay. Talk about embarassing!

My cat does that too, she carries EVERYTING around in her mouth. lol. Usually she just plays with them, but if she brings them to you, she feels that she is bringing you a sort of trophy, or a present. Feel honered

im assuming this is an indoor only cat? yeah cats find random things and bring them to their owner as sort of a trophy thing.. like look what i brought you.. my cat brought me a rubber band last week....

I woke up once and found mine wearing a bra on her head like a hat.
She is most likely attracted to the fishy smell of your underwear.
Cats loooooove fish!
