If it's you'res the only option is to take it to a hardware store sign an affidavdit that it is yours (oh and you MUST bring the lock in question) they will contact Master Lock and they will return the answer to the hardware store. It takes about 4 days. Sorry only LEGAL way to do this. Been there, had 10 locks my late husband didn't write down. They didn't charge me but they may charge now.
