Put your alarm clock accross the room, so you have to get up to turn it off.

Set more than just one alarm. Like one on your cell phone or TV & then set your normal alarm clock too. It helped me so I hope it does the same for you! Also make sure you get enough sleep. When you are fully rested it makes it so much more easier for you to get up in the morning!

Everything is in the mind. If you conquer the stubborn mind then you will get up. Do not go to bed late, do not eat late. The mind tells you "do not get up your body is nice and comfortable, take another 5 minutes." Do not listen to the mind and forget about your body and get up go strait to the bathroom and take cold shower, you will feel like new.

If nothing works, maybe you should get your hormones checked.
If this is a lifelong thing and all, then I'm probably way off base. I just had my own imbalance, so I try to get the word out that hormones can do all kinds of things to us and we often don't get ourselves to the doctor. So, IF all else fails, you knwo what to do!

When you go to bed, run through all the day's events in your mind. You'll wake up more refreshed.
