i'm not sure i can believe that terrorists can find out details of US millitary training excercises...

You may not believe this - but every day there is a terrorism reaction exercises going on somewhere.
These exercises are how plans get refined and where all of the mistakes are supposed to be made - so those mistakes occur in training not during an actual incident.

this is the way that Propaganda works. they wrestle to body public opinion by potential of using different buzzwords to portray an identical image from different perspectives. Bush's grandpa funded Hitler and his daddy ran the CIA. Bush is conscious all about a thanks to apply propaganda. The PKK has been attacking Turkish civilians in Turkey with American guns that were funnelled to them. Even the puppet authorities of Iraq considers the PKK to be a 17 November.

So that when an actual attack happens the emergency services are ready to offer the best possible reaction therefore minimizing casualties and preparing to catch the perpetrators.
If they where planning an attack then they wouldn't have simulated it at the same time as they enacted it would they.
