Well the first two basically do... the second two are the "cure" and the "prescription" for attaining the "cure". But it's just the BASICS... there's way much more to it. And you have to understand the concepts of "suffering" and such as Buddhism describes it really, some concepts are hard for many Westerners to grab onto... often falling into nihilistic or materialistic definitions which do them no good.
