It means you gained weight really quickly. Some teenagers get them from growing too quickly and some bodybuilders get them from gaining muscle too quickly. The skin can only stretch so much before it tears. I strongly suggest going on a healthy low-fat diet and walking everyday. I also suggest using any moisturizing to keep your skin from getting dry to prevent new ones. Stretch marks do fade with time. I lost the weight and had my removed with dermabrasion and chemical peels. They are 90 percent gone. It took about six treatments as my stretch marks were deep. Be careful with chemical peels near your privates, the solution can run down and burn you. It almost happened to me. I had to wash it off and next time I would get it down by a dermatologist who is better trained. The dermabrasion is very safe.
BTW, I tried coca butter, emu oil and vitamin E oil before that to get rid of them and it did not work.

no, it doesn't mean youre fat. Stretch marks happen when your body is growing faster than your skin can keep up, it doesnt have anything to do with fat, although fat growth can cause stretch marks.

theres no real way to get rid of stretch marks, you can only diminish their appearance. There creams out there that can help fade them a little.

Stretch marks are NOT ALWAYS FROM FAT! Stretch marks are caused when your skin is forced to stretch faster than it can grow. Pregnant women get them on their stomachs from their stomach skin being forced to stretch, and I got MINE from weight lifting and gaining muscle so fast it stretched my skin, leaving marks. So they are NOT always a sign of being fat.

however, there is no way, aside from laser or cosmetic surgery to remove them. Cocoa butter and other lotions can reduce the appearance of them, but it won't make them go away.

Stretch marks can be from gaining weight or losing weight so fast that your skin stretches and kind of breaks, leaving the marks. You can get lotions, like cocoa butterr lotion and things like that to help them get lighter.

It just means that you were once thin and got thick or you were once thick and got thin. There is no 'cure' for stretch marks but you can help minimize them by using cocoa butter regularly to keep your skin lubricated and it will also help to fade the marks.

Surgery is the only way to remove stretch marks. If you are really fat, go on a diet or pay for liposuction. While you are under the knife, have them lazer off your stretch marks.

stretch marks are caused when there is rapid weight gain and the skin is pulled. they are essentially scars, and they do not go away, ever.(tho, they may fade a little over time) Some folks have very sensitive skin, and it scars easily, others not so much.

It means you are human. You can't get rid of it. Just be happy you don't have anything worse going on.
