How about making her a nice romantic candle-lit dinner and get her a nice card or even better write her a love-letter.

Get a basket and fill it with nice lotions, a nice nighty, candles and some nice chocolate. I did it last year and my girlfriend flipped. Kept telling me how sweet I was.
