What is there for you to deal with? Sounds like she is the one with the identity problem. If you are her friend, you'll just be there for her. Even if she becomes a he.

Hey, If she wants to believe this than she obviously knows something inside her that she only just begun to show. All you can do is ask her to help you understand whats going on inside of her and be a the best of a friend you can by at least trying to understand.Life is not always easy for people and sometimes they just need help from those that care for them to get them on the right track.

you should just act how you would normally sure he or she might be more likley hanging with the guys but you should just find more girly friends and if she convinces herself that he or she isn't a man after all you can still be her or his friend

Be her friend. What's the worst that can happen? Be there for her and talk to her. If she's gay, and if you have no objections to that lifestyle, she could use your support.
