I think pittbulls are the best dogs .I wouldent own any thing put a pittbull thay are protective and loving dogs thay just need some one to love and care about them insted people are the ones who make them mean and fight

What you wrote makes no sense at all. If that were the case then other breeds of dogs would have the same reputation because people would be making them mean as well.

In the case of dogs any knowledgeable person knows that nurture far outweighs nature... and that only bad breeding makes dogs that are born with inherent genetic problems that make them vicious.

People are the ones who shape the temperament of a dog no matter what way you look at it... we control breeding, training, learning, socialization... everything we are the only ones responsible for the actions of dogs because we are the ones that shape their personality and genetics. No specific breed is at fault for anything... the responsibility for making a dog well-behaved, socialized and trained lies on our shoulders and not the dogs. Banning pitbull breeds will serve to accomplish nothing because any breed or mutt for that matter can become vicious when in the hands of cruel and irresponsible human beings.

It's not right to ban them. However, they need to have some laws put in place. For example, if a dog attacks more than one person by the time they are 2, they should be taken away from the irresponsible owners.
