Whitheads Help?

Hi guys, i was wondering what the best ways to get rid of whiteheads are? Aka Closed comedomes. This is for a research project so as many actual answers as possable plz

a warm compress and bezol peroxide....a gentle squeeze if its at the end of its cycle. Other wise you just gotta wait it out.

I could never stand to have them on my face so I always popped them and then put some peroxide on a cotton ball to clean them and I never have had a scar from it.
