Im mental I know. But i need serious advice, what are the consequences of drinking 30 redbulls in 3 days? Here is the plan. I am going away for the weekend and I’ve been dared to drink 30 redbulls (10 a day). The plan:

Friday in school I will drink one at 9am with 2 pro plus tablets. Then I will drink another red bull at 1pm, and then drink the rest from 5.30pm until 3am. I will then have 24hours to drink the other 10, and then a final 12 hours to drink the next 10. so by Sunday 3pm I will have drank 30 redbulls. Is this extremely unhealthy?

My major problem is when will I crash to the point I cant wake up? And if im classed as clinically depressed (40/42) will I find the crashes will be a lot worse? It isn’t for charity, but I could always get people to sponsor me I suppose.

1 or 2 red bulls per day is perfectly acceptable. I would also like to add that 6 to 8 red bulls & vodka is a legal version of crack. After 8 to 10 you may tend to do the sprinker and or break dance all night long while simultaneously creeping out every chick within a 200' radius of yourself. In excess of 10, an alcohol induced coma may or may not set in. On a serious note though, I have been hitting these hard the past few months and you will feel brutal for 1 to 4 days after. Side effects are delusion, insomnia, and no-stop sweating. I personally can not recommend this. You will live though

Anything done to the extreme is unhealthy for you body. Whether it's drinking to much alcohol, red bulls or water (as proven by that radio show that a woman died on during a water drinking contest)... I would say over 3 days it might be okay but that is still alot of caffiene and caffiene is a stimulant to the heart (some power drinks have warning labels for those with heart conditions).

Don't to it all i know is that Red Bull is a energy drink and Pro Plus are meant to help you stay awake . I really am no expert on this but to my way of thinking there`s way to much sugar involved in this and why would you want to do this for a stupid bet
Please think again

Really don't do this. There are more stimulants in red bull than caffiene. While they may be safe in smaller quantities, I would wonder what strain you would put on your heart doing this. While I may be overreacting, I would urge you to talk to a medical doctor before doing this. As far as the guy who said he drank 36 red bull and vodkas in one night, he is full of crap. If the drinks were 1 shot Vodka and one full (8oz)red bull, and he drank it all in one night, his BAC would be upwards of 0.50, more than enough to kill you or put you in the hospital. I believe his story is suspect at best.
Really, don't just shove tons of chmicals in your body just because you can.

haha. good luck with this one. i go like way crazy after just a couple of red bulls. like 2. and when i crash, it's bad. i'll sleep for like ever. redbulls aren't as bad as rockstars though. atleast, not in my opinion. if you really want an energy kick go for the rockstar. but 30 redbulls in 3 days, that's pretty crazy, and it can't be too good for your health. all of that caffeine causes your heart rate to go way high, and that's not good. but i don't blame you for taking the bet, it'd be fun to do it just to say you did. how much are you getting for this bet anyways?! haha.

All you'll do is make yourself very ill, possibly increasing your metabolic rate to the point where you could do damage to your heart. If you're already clinically depressed, it's not going to make you feel any better.

But it's a dare, so of course you have to do it don't you? No point in trying to think for yourself.

Add vodka. You'll have a great night and eventually sleep, regardless. Use more Red Bull in the morning to get over your hangover. Then repeat. You'll be fine.

Honestly and truly. There was a bar at uni that was selling redbull and vodka for £1.50 last year. I drank thirty two in one night. I was up till the next day and had stomach ache, but would atribute that more to the vodka than the bull. You will be just fine. Do not worry. The voice of experience prevails.

is there any point in trying to get u to be sensible about this seriously dont do this as u could end up in hospital with severe heart palpatations because of way too much caffiene and dont take 2 pro plus with ur first unless u wanna end up in hospital even quicker

its very bad for you.
too much caffine and sugars

you are getting caffine rushes and thats why you crash out.
my ex got dependant on red bull type drinks they are highly adictable.

you need to stop drinking them.
ween your self of them
and when you want a red bull get a glass of water and chew some sugar free gum.
