Let's say that you had a TtYy crossing with another TtYy, how would you write the genotypes after you made the cross?

Perhaps I need to be a bit clearer, I already know how to go about making the 16 box cross and how to fill it in, what i would like to know is how to write out the genotypes, (is it 1 TTYY 2TtYY and so on) that looks like it would be a bit long and drawn out so Im not sure if that is the correct way to do it.

You would need a 16 x 16 square. Use the FOIL method on TtYy to get TY, Ty, tY, and ty. Since both parents are the same genotype, both the columns and rows will be labeled the same. Just multiply for each square, like the first, TYTY or TTYY.
