How important is it for a woman that a man has it either big or small?

Insecurites can burn you up.
You are not the only one suffering as will be referenced by the number of answers in a short span.
However insecurities can be overcome. It takes time and patience and a willingness to believe each person (and specifically oneself) is in fact of innate value.
Also keep in mind that for every man concerned with the size of his penis there is a woman that worries constantly about the size of her breasts.

I think Samantha said it best on Sex in the City..."Any woman that says size doesn't matter has never had big Cock." hahahahah! It really depends on the woman. My ex was tiny but then again so was he. He was shorter than me. I'm a big girl. Not fat, just tall. My husband is perfect...it does make for better sex if it's perfect. But perfect for one girl is not perfect for another. Find your perfect girl.

The size of your brain and the size of your heart matter.
Penis size,not so much. Depends on the woman. Most women can only come from clitoral stimulation ,so penis size is irrelevant. They need oral or manual stimulation. Some women have very sensitive clitoris' so they can only come from penetration. That's when it matters.

Yes, size matters. Big is better, tho' I must leave room for men with strong fingers and tongues.

Too small is really too small, but too big is also too big. Anything less than 5 inches would mean you’d have to play a good game and anything more than 20cm would hurt!

Honestly ... it DOES matter ...
But, you know what? Even if you're small/big ... doesn't mean that you're worse/better lover than the other one. As long as you know how to work that thing ... I'm sure your girl will be satisfied no matter what ;)
