Bare in mind that most sneezing involves over a 100 miles an hour spurt from your larynx and nasal tubes. If you block that you risk serious damage to your eardrums and sinuses.

maybe blow out your ear drums? But I doubt you could really prevent yourself from sneezing by holding your nose....

AHHH! You get a major headache! Immidatley after! I've done it on accident and AH!!! it sucks... Your ears pop and you get the headache, and you go deaf for like 2 secounds b/c you hurt your eardrums from the pressure! OW!

It is not advised to hold your nose while sneezing.
You can cause ear and sinus damage if the pressure is to great.

nothing just your eyes close like usual, and the 'sneeze' stays in your nose instead of going in a tissue or w/e you use...

I suppose it depends on the person. Maybe your sister has a health problem. I suggest if she feels whoozy after doing this she should see a doctor about. Also, she should stop doing it in the mean time.

First you get germs allover your hand .IF you sneeze too hard you may hurt your brain tissue and get a headache
