I think a good rule of thumb is: cheating is doing something that you wouldn't want your partner doing.
For me, kissing another person would be cheating.
If you feel guilty about it, it's probably cheating!

Cheating is outright where the boy/girlfriend is seeing someone else when they are committed to you. BUT I feel that there are different levels of cheating. Even tho this may not be considered cheating, I think it is indirectly. A guy flirts with a girl and does so on a regular basis BUT he does have a girlfriend. Keep in mind he is flirting with the same girl, making comments to her that he really shouldn't. This being because he does have a girlfriend. Or the opportunity is there and he starts to fool around with this other girl. I also think even if all it is, is kissing and a few feels. I would think this is cheating as well. Hope I clarified this a little for you.

I personally consider even kissing another person to be cheating now its different if a person kisses you and you push them away that's not cheating. but i'm extremely against cheating, i see no point in it.

cheating is if you are putting more thought into one relationship than another. So cheating on a bf isnt hanging with a guy you think is cute, but when you think about that guy more than ur bf, u've crossed over into cheating.

Any kissing or sexual contact when in a binding relationship which is classed as bf/gf or man and wife.
Or speaking to another in a sexual way e.g. fonesex or cybersex when in a closed relationship.

Something you wouldn't tell your partner and feel guilty about because that's when you know you've done something. Small things like flirting casually I don't consider cheating.

Anything involving sexual gratification from someone else which would hurt your girlfriend/wife.

Including enticing, flirting, lust, porn, strippers, chatting, 800 #s, kissing, leading someone on, etc...

But finding others attractive is healthy and normal.

Tikcus ticks us off. I consider even planning to cheat cheating. Flirting is unappreciated.

According to Tickass, you can do all sorts of unmentionable things, lick their boobs, etc and then say "hi honey I'm home!"

I have pondered this exact question and here is what I came up with as an answer.

Doing something with someone that you wouldn't want your partner to do with someone else.
