I'm in the process of opening a child care learning center. I'm looking for ideas about how to get kids in. Such as what specials should I advertise?

ie: 1 week free or 15% off 1st month.

Is there any other ideas anyone can give me?

Thanks

I think I would go with one child half price with the full payment of another child. Then do like 20% off the first 2 weeks. Or maybe special fees for those who sign up within the first week of opening. Something like 10% off per week for the first 2 months if you sign up the week of grand opening. That would be a good one.

you can offer sibling discounts that always helps~depending on the age that you are looking for will depend on what you offer. such as after school for the older child [offer a learning and fun enviornment]

you can offer 3 paid months the fourth month 20% off this keeps the client for 4 months and then they have a chance to see how great you are!

Use flyers on cars at grocery stores, malls and drug stores this is a great way to get the word out. Also go to your local elementary school and give your flyer to the ladies in the office to hand out to k-6 grade!

Good Luck!

Please offer a part time schedule!! There are many child care centers that DO NOT do it and it's a shame! If I could have the opportunity to try three mornings a week for starters I'd feel more comfortable enrolling my child at full-time schedule when I go back to work. Many facilities force you to pay for a full day even if you just want 3 or 4 hours. Hate that!

That's my wish! Part time schedule. Moms would love that!!

First week free (after paying for the following three weeks, so that they are there for at least 4 weeks) is a great idea, and I also like the % off after paying 3 months as suggested by another answerer. You could also say that you waive the "supply fee/registration fee".
