Tell her if you wanna be with her if you like her back. If you don't like her back, tell her you just want to stay friends.

This means that she's too shy to tell you in person. Approach it honestly. Either let her know that you want to pursue a romantic relationship with her or you want to remain friends. Let her know soon because I'm sure that it's the only thing on her mind right now. Don't leave her hanging :)

this is only a SLIGHT chance, but she might be with her other friends and is messing with you. talk to her in person about it, when she's alone, to tell her how you feel.
