How do i disable firewalls for windows 98?An easy way.?

I try to but everytime i turn my comp.back on the firewalls are on again.I can not download songs, please help!

Windows 98 tipically doesn't have firewalls because not many programs support that old an OS. Uninstall whatever firewall you installed
