what it sounds like is that who ever hooked up the remote wire to the amp got the wrong one. on the sony cd player it has 2 blue wires one to go to the power antenna(which is probably used now) and the remote turn on to the amp. hook up the other blue wire behind the deck to the wire that goes to the amp. you should have problem solved.

Im not sure im just throwing this out there for u to look at. Does the radio have a remote and power ant. wire? If sounds as if the radio is sending a signal to the amp shuting it off as if to tell u ant. to go down. Maybe try using the aux power wire act as a remote for ur amp.

it may desire to be on the cd participant itself. If no longer, what are you attempting to run. Speaker wires, amps, ability, floor, or purely the achieved element? if so, each and each element is shade coated. audio kit are usualy purple, eco-friendly, white and grey. ability is purple, floor is black, and yellow is memory. Your blue cord is your antenna. Thats for a ability antenna if your motor vehicle is equiped, or you ought to use it for an amp. That way, as quickly as you turn your radio on, your amp motor vehicle comes on. in case you have illumination ideas, thats orange. yet do no longer cord the orange and black up tp the orange and white. you will kill a fuse. purely run the cd playerwires on your production facility wires (with a wiring kit) provided at your community av save on your make and variety motor vehicle. And experience the colors up. uncomplicated!

yep that's most likely what it is. take it to wherever you got it installed at and get them to change the wire they used to do the remote turn on (from blue w/ white stripe to solid blue). that should solve the problem.
