Download and install open office for free.
Google it .It's just like micro$oft office but free.

You need a PowerPoint Viewer. I think Win XP comes with it but I'm not sure. You can download one for free. Just do a search on PowerPoint Viewer and you'll probably find lots of links. You can download and install power point viewer which i believe is free
