It is now 3:00 P.M in the middle of the day! But I have been fighting a sleepy fatique mental feeling all day long. Also I got at least 8 hours of sleep last night. I have to study for a chemistry exam, but I am too tired and sleepy. Does anyone know of any quick fixes or an mental energy boost that will last at least 3 hours so I can study?

Hit your local rave scene and acquire some "Stay awake study medicine" from the guy with the reflective pants in the back corner

Drink some gatorade, take a multi vitamin, and eat some fresh fruit. The gatorade contains electolytes to help your blood and brain work more effiently, and the fresh fruit contains fructose, which will perk you up almost as well as coffee. Avoid caffiene and processed sugar. As tired as you are, you'll just get jittery and then crash. And its only 3:00.. take a nap! a 15 minute cat nap will really help. just make sure to set the alarm!

Set an alarm and take a short power nap. Say a half an hour to an hour long. You will feel refreshed when you wake up.

Get a good night's sleep that is not only long enough but comfortable also. You should also eat a good breakfast every morning.
