What kinds of things does she like? I know for me, the best Valentine's day ever my boyfriend at the time sent flowers to my work and we stayed in that night. He cooked dinner and we had a candle light supper at home with champagne....he let me pick out the movie that night. And we just got to be together. It was amazing. He also left me little messages all over my apartment that said cute little things. I liked that a lot...but I know some girls who may not. For me, classic is sweet but for some it might seem tacky.

One year, after a new snow, my husband (we were dating then) came to my apartment and shoveled a huge heart with I love Karen in . He left without saying anything so I found this in the yard when I left for work. I was the envy of every woman in the complex.
His worse gift was our first Valentines Day. He bought me a microwave stand! I needed one but never give appliance related things for a romantic holiday!

Diamonds are a girls best friend... if you have the money. Cook her a nice dinner. Take her on a trip. Give her a hot oil massage.
Write her a love letter or poem and get her a flower along with what ever you do. The letter is what she will treasure the most.

This depends on how much you know the person or how long you have been together. Any woman needs to be appreciated and quote me right,you don't need a sack of money to show her the love. you can send her a bunch of roses first thing in the morning. Later take her out for a romantic dinner.

Take her out on a different date, like horse back riding or to a show or an art museum. That would be different and cool.

Dress up in her lingerie and meet her at the door with a box of chocolates under your arm.I don't know if she will think its cool or not but I am sure she will say it was the most unusual thing anyone has ever done before and she will most likely get a laugh out of it.Hey, it just might turn her on.LOL!!

Pick her up in a limo, give her flowers, take her to ead sushi (or her favorite food) then take her for a ride around the city and after that go dancing
