No, if you don't want to be saved, then you can rest after you die. The concept of an inmortal soul is not biblical. A God of love is incompatible with the idea of an eternal hell with people suffering forever.

Yes, the spirit lives regardless of the beliefs.
Just have a out of body experience and believe for yourself.
