The God of the Bible? Yes, as matter of fact he would and he has.
One of YHVH's prophets is taunted and called "bald-head" by some children, so he prays to his God and God sends two bears down to kill 42 children. - 2 Kings 2:23-24
Such things are what I call 'prayer sorcery'; I'd be very careful invoking the God of the bible because he is has a real evil side and is quite easily angered.

The only reason you would pray a prayer like that is out of fear. and God would never do anything to incease your fear level.
God is love. The opposite of love is fear. If you are heading towards fear you are going away from
God.
And oh by the way, if you assign the power of God to a lamp, the lamp will answer your prayers also. God is that powerful.

No need for prayer on that if you believe in the word of God,Jesus already covered that.
I'd say before anyone prays a prayer for God to hurt someone they should check out their own spirit first.
God is not mocked for what soever a man soweth that shall he also reap.

Apparently he did that a lot in the old testament, quite ruthless against the Egyptians whilst favoring ONE ETHNIC group over another, or the rest of the world for that matter. Try praying for peace among Arabs, see if he heeds that. *snicker*

5:16 "Confess your "FAULTS" one to a unique, and pray one for yet another, that ye will be healed. The efficient fervent prayer of a righteous guy availeth a lot." take word: there is not any longer aspect out of the note "SIN" in this verse on your tips. Catechism admits that confession of sins to a clergyman aren't any further practise from God, yet traditions of adult males. Now, tell me the position contained in the NT it says we ought to compensate for our sins with Hail Marys? provide me a smash! The KJV Translators believed contained in the validity of the Septuagint Translation. The Septuagint, the historic Greek previous testomony used contained throughout the time of Jesus and the Apostles. for this reason many present day day Theologians reject the KJV of the Scriptures and prefer the recent present day liberal altered variations of the Bible. really, those new present day liberal altered texts change many doctrines of the Bible and deny the Deity of Christ. Now, custom over Scripture.

No. Hurting people is not part of God's agenda. Only people want to hurt other people. People who do not understand themselves so they blame others. If that someone hurt you, and you want to do the same to them, God will see that they be taught their lesson. But it depends how you got hurt. Your own bad judgement? Prolonging a relationship that should have ended long ago? If your actions caused your hurt, you must answer to yourself and not repeat the same self-defeating patterns. We often look to blame others, when really we know we should be working it out with ourselves. Wanting to hurt someone else, unless you are in an abusive situation and this person keeps coming at you - don't seek to act on their low level, get help to get out of your situation and get someone else to go after them, like the police. It's pretty awful to wish hurt for someone else. We don't make the world or that of our own lives, better, by surrounding ourself with negative thoughts and impulses. Thinking bad thoughts will cause you to feel bad inside, so it's a self-defeating process and no way to solve a problem. Rise above your situation. Leave the miserable individual to their miserable life. Don't let it ruin yours by spending your precious time filled with thoughts of revenge. Move on, be strong, let them be. The truly evil will cause their own self-destruction!

It is not up to us who should or should not be hurt. In fact for us to wish harm to others is a sin. God tells us to turn the other cheek. He will protect us and do justice as He sees fit.

No, because that isn't what God wants us to do. Remember "Neighbor" is interchangeable with "Friend"
Leviticus 19:18
" 'Do not seek revenge or bear a grudge against one of your people, but love your neighbor as yourself. I am the LORD.
Leviticus 24:19-20
19 If anyone injures his neighbor, whatever he has done must be done to him: 20 fracture for fracture, eye for eye, tooth for tooth. As he has injured the other, so he is to be injured.
Psalm 101:5
Whoever slanders his neighbor in secret, him will I put to silence; whoever has haughty eyes and a proud heart, him will I not endure.
Proverbs 3:29
Do not plot harm against your neighbor, who lives trustfully near you

Know, and you shouldn't wish harm on anyone. The lord says vengenance is mine and I will repay. So if there's someone out there that has hurt you. Forgive them and forgive yourself for thinking bad about them and put it in Go's hands because he has a way of dealing with people like no other.
