First you have to get real mad at the people you plan on being mean too. Try pretending that they spit in you coke or stole your girl/boyfriend or something. then run right up and Kick'm hard as you can right in there stomach. Then drop an elbow on there head as there double over in pain. This wont leave marks and keep you out of too much trouble.

I find pointing out a fault that isn't actually there makes them dwell on it until they believe it to be true.
Offer to read their palm and give them the exact date of their death.
Hide their things.
Tell everyone they followed through and make a wafting motion before your nose when they come into the room.
Say their underwear hasn't got Monday Tuesday Wednesday on, it has January, February, march.
Talk about them behind their back, but just loud enough for them to hear.

If it doesn't come naturally just go with being nice, there are positives to being a nice person, although I can't think of any at the min. But, I bet you could sing the sound of music much more convincingly than I could, and I bet you'd mean it too. Nasty people suck, except me, I rock.

well you can start out by being a raicst bigot, when you see an asian say "ching chon chong " when you see a latino called them a beaner and tell them to go back to mexico. when you see a white person call them racist morons, and a black person tell them to pick up their work on the field. and muslims, call them terrorists and shiteaters, and inslut an indian (from india) by saying they are the smelliest and ugliest race on earth

Red = mean, anger
White = spirit forgiveness
Pink = love
