You go home feeling under the weather and stay that way for about a week.
If you find you cant complete crosswords as quickly then its nothing to do with the tooth. ok

If you are yet to face this procedure..Your dentist/oral surgeon will give you a drug to make you go to sleep and you won't even realize that your tooth/teeth are gone. No pain involved.
