It's just another "holiday" that flower companies and candy companies can raise prices for lame crap....then 2 days later, lower prices to a reasonable price. It's all over rated to me. I don't want my hubby feeling that he HAS to get me something cuz of Valentine's Day. All I want is some quiet time with him, no kids of course.....maybe a romantic dinner at home and watch some movies!

I think a quarter living in the u.s cause u know most of them hate their girlfriends for trying to make us get some expensive gift for them.

I am a girl who feels the same way. I don't want my husband to think he is obligated to get me a gift because the holiday says he has to.

Many have used to work it to their advantage but I suspect they tolerate the mushiness of it in the hopes of getting laid.
