try having a heart-to-heart with your grandma, maybe she'll understand. Tell her its affecting you so much you can't concentrate on anything else(which seems pretty much the case). Hope she understands and do say what happens, i really feel for you.

It's your father.. He has a right to be there. After all she is only your part time guardian, not your FULL time guardian. So, she doesn't have the right to make those type of decisions for you. Now if your father was a murderer, kidnapper, rapist, or anything like that then it would be acceptable. Your graduation is important to you and I'm sure it as important to him too! You should sit down and talk to her and let her know how you feel. After all he is your father.

They have no right to keep you from your dad. It doesn't sound like he's done anything wrong, since your mom is willing to let him visit. Tell your grandma that you are old enough to decide whether or not you would like to see your dad.

Have you talked to your grandmother about it? Is the problem that your dad will be staying with you? Perhaps you can find somewhere else for him to stay. If you mom thinks it ok, then it should be ok.

Explain it to your grandmother the way you did here and she may surprise you.

Best regards-

There is probably a good reason he can't come around to often. Try talking to him on the phone more or email. Good Luck.
