A big bouquet of red, or her favorite color, of roses, with a nice note on it from you. Make sure she is not allergic, first!
A nice dinner, at her favorite restaurant, or home cooked by you. A concert or a movie after, whatever is available to you in your area, let her pick the movie.
A nice card, telling her how much you love her, and appreciate 10 years of loyalty. Find one you like at Hallmark, or buy a card that you like the picture, and is blank inside, to write your own message, or a poem.
A trip to a bed and breakfast, or a vacation would be lovely, if finances allow that.
Do something a little silly, re-inact a date you had, or go for ice cream.
A gift that is sure to please is jewelry, diamond if possible. Go to a store that is in your price range. Diamond stud earrrings, a tennis bracelet, a neclace with a diamond heart charm. Pick out something simple and elegant, not necessarily the latest style. And it is almost Valentines day, the stores will have plenty of romantic jewelrey.
Do some little surprises all week. A gift certificate to get her nails and/or hair done, plan a night by the tv, and have her favorite snacks, and give her a blockbuster gift certificate to let her pick the movie. Maybe a spa gift certificate, or a bottle of her favorite perfume, or a bottle of champagne. Or go to the gift store and find something with ten years on it. A plate, a bell, a bowl.
Hope you find something that she will like. Congrats on ten years of marriage!

As long as it comes from the heart, she will enjoy whatever you do for her. Don't just go out and buy her a thoughtless gift. Cook her a nice romantic candlelit dinner at home, take her to see her favorite music group in concert, write her a poem. The point is it doesn't matter if what you do for her costs you $1,000 or $1.00, the point is to do something special that comes from the heart!

Good luck and congratulations!

Depends on your wife. If she still thinks that "things" will make her happy, then buy her a nice piece of jewlery.
If she's realized that 'things' don't matter- then take her away for the weekend. Something involving an airplane and and a sunny warm beach usually works.

Grant her the divorce she most likely wants. Any woman married to a man asking that question on Y!A is a sad sad woman. Do you ask people on here what sexual pleasure to bestow on your wife on certain nights? Get some balls. If you've been married ten years, asking us is just insulting. At least ask a friend.

10 years? Don't ask for sex for a week, this way she won't keep having to come up with excuses. Isn't marriage great?
