Been there, done that, got the t-shirt and the giant novelty wagging finger.
The importamt thing is to stop caring about what people think of you. Nobody on this earth is going to go through life without making mistakes, its how we learn.
Go out and do something you enjoy, live for the day and most importantly hold your head high and don't look down.

I suggest that you see a psychologist. I think that the best way to deal with all the emotions and frustrations you are experiencing is to see a professional that is equipped to ease you back to your normal self. You will be fine. It's OK to ask for help. Have you ever tried reading the Bible? Or maybe seeking comfort in the Lord? I suggest that you read or attend a church - Having a belief - gives life purpose and stability. I'm going through alot right now and God's been by my side every step of the way. If you want to talk (no - I won't force my beliefs on you ) please email me at lilbaitie2001@yahoo.com

Some people think going to a psychiatrist is a waste, as i have been told before, but they are the ones who can diagnose you and then give you the appropriate medications. You CAN go to your family medical doctor, but they are not usually up to date with the latest knowledge in mental health care.
All those feelings and thoughts you have can likely be controlled with meds, and then talking to someone about your low self-esteem will help. I have been there, and I hope you will get out of it. Talk to your family about setting you up with some help.
Good luck

PLEASE talk to someone NOW!!!!!!
http://psychcentral.com/helpme.htm
800-273-8255 is the National Suicide Prevention Lifeline, there are people who answer 24 hours a day. The people who answer are trained to help you.
From my own experience, and that of friends who are no longer here, please talk to a professional.
You mentioned school, but didn't say how old you are. If there is a guidance counselor, school nurse, trusted teacher, any of them should be able to help you.
I don't know your location, so I'm not able to find out what is in your area, but the internet is a good place to start.
www.yellowpages.com - good for looking up Doctors numbers
I hope you get the help you need!!
