Hi never never never pre lightend hair as it will always go orange trust me ive done it loads of times and always ended up with this result.PLEASE DO NOT PRE LIGHTEN AGAIN OVER THE COLOUR YOU JUST PUT ON TOP OF YOUR ALREADY PER IGHTEND HAIR YOU WILL GO EVEN MORE GINGER. If you wanted to go blonde you should used bleach like Bblonde as this lightened your hair about 5 shades lighter and pre lightteners will only lighten it about 1-2 shades lighter and this is why it goes orange. the only way to get rid of the orange colour is to go over it with brown and it will have to be dark brown as you know if you put a light colour on it wont cover the ginger. I know this because i have had to do this so many times trying to go blonde and it ends up ginger. Dont worry if you put a dark brown on as the result will be lighter anyway as you have pre lightened it. But if you do use another dye use a semi as they last just as long as permenant and wont damage your hair as much. Its is ok to dye on top of the belle colour you put on with a darker colour. But if you want to go lighter then I would get some Bblone belach with 12% hydrogen peroxide and then leave it on for about 1 and a half hours your hair might be a bit to light but all the ginger should of gone and it will be ok for you to put the colour you wanted you hair to be in the first place. But i cant say it will turn out right as you have already put a dye on your hair. So if you want the easy rute go for dying it a darker shade to cover the ginger and when the ginger settles down, them just op for some highlight in the Bblonde range and then over a period of time you hair will look blonde anyway. But i dont recommend bleaching and then using a blonde dye as you would off got a funny clour anyways. Also i did this once and went to the hair dressers and they made my hair worse,
So my best advice for you to do is to get a garnier belle colour in the Brown shade the colour will be light anyway but the ginger will be toned down and not noticeble. Then I would let the colour grown out, then use a Bblone on your natural hair and dont use pre lighteners as they go orange as we all well know.

You have missed the point entirely here. You don't understand the basic concept of colouring hair. You cannot "dye" anything lighter. To dye, means to make darker. It is usually used only on fabrics, but some people who don't know better use it on hair. Not always successfully. To get blonde, you need to bleach. That means to remove colour. Those are the only two things you can do to hair colour -- add colour, or remove colour. Nothing else. You really don't know anything about hair colouring (it didn't work last time) so I really suggest that you at least have a consultation with a professional hair colourist and get all the information about this. They can do a proper analysis of your hair to see if it is possible to get as light as you want. They will explain how it is done, and what you need to do to look after it. If cost is a factor, then go to a school. (if you can't afford it, don't get it done) You will need to do this in two steps for the best results. Don't attempt it yourself. You have been warned.

So you went for it then! I answered your last question. I did warn you that if you didn't strip it first and leave the bleach on for long enough it wouldn't go blonde lol. All you can do now is use a really strong bleaching kit - Jerome B Be Blond is one I recommended to you last time. The Belle colourants aren't strong enough to strip the colour. If you really can't afford a salon I'd go to the local modelling night at your nearest salon or college. You're going to end up with broken straw like hair if you carry on bleaching it. Professional help is needed!!

Don't pre lighten your hair.. Right now, just go to the store and get a darker shade of red to do your hair in. I made that mistake WAY too many times. It should come out nice. Get the brand "100% color-Red Hot Browns" it's by Revlon. It's great.

Well you should never have tried to bleach red hair by yourself. That was bound to happen. THe best you can hope for now is to dye your hair brunette or go to a salon and have the colour stripped.
Sorry and good luck!

sounds silly but try putting a green product in your hair to neturalise the colour. People use ketchup to neturalise their hair when its turned green from chlorine. You would probably need to dye your hair a dark colour to sort it out.

use a temporary/semi-permanent color that has no bleach or peroxide. you can only darken not lighten your hair with this type of color because it only sits on top of your hair, however it will not damage your hair. in most cases it actually helps becuase it has conditioners and temporarily seals split ends and damaged hair.
