Bologna is largely just liquified meat scraps (that nobody would eat otherwise), fat, blood, nitrates and other substances, mixed together and pumped into casings. Even if I did eat meat, I wouldn't touch this one with a 10 foot pole. Better to stick to meats you can actually recognize.
