I was wanting to know how what equation I woud use to convert time into units! Ex: If 15 minute is one unit and their are 4 units in one hour how would I be able to enter this info into a adding machine to get the amount of units such as if I had a time sheet that said 10:15 to 12:45 and such?

For time sheets, decimals work better. Fifteen minutes is .25hr , ten minutes is .165 hrs. Most time sheets do not need to be broken down to the minute, fifteen minute increments is usually fine for most employers.
