has any one have such pain in the leg pulling all the way up the leg you cant move it or it get worst and you try to get on your feet to walk it off even if you sit ut does the same
the pains are realy bad it alway wake me up sometimes in both legs at the same time i wonder is this a charley horse or something else

Yes, I have had these pains. What I was told to do is pull my toe/foot up to the Ceiling, as soon as you feel the pain. And then straighten the leg. Walking it off never helps for me. Then once the pain goes away either put an ice pack or heat on it. This is from several year's of getting leg pulling pain in the middle of the night.

Its probably a lack of potassium or calcium in your system. A simple blood test should tell you what you are lacking. Or just eat a banana and take a calcium with D and you should be off to the races.
