when it happened it stopped but when we checked on her she would wag her tail and it would hit the walls then start bleeding
again what should I do

She may have to have it amputated from that point. I have seen that alot and especially when they can't stop wagging it.

Put pressure on it to stop the bleeding, and get her to a vet. She may need a few stitches.
The vet may also be able to give you a "sling" to hold the tail still (against her thigh or body) until the injury is more completely healed.

If her tail is bleeding badly you should take her to the vet.

Put some hydrogen peroxide onit. It will clean the wound and probably stop the bleeding.

Do you not have a vet. And before you say you cant afford it think of this. This dog is your responsability and you should not own one if you cannot properly care for one.
