Your question doesn't make sense [no offense]. What area are you referring to when you say "decubital" area? There is no such area.
There is an area called the anticubital area. It's on the inside of your forearm where it meets the upper arm. Is that where you mean?
Do you have a blister there?

They are Stage 1 if the blisters are not open and are intact. When the blisters are open, then they are Stage 2 because they present an open area in which germs can enter due to the loss of the top layer of the skin. When this second layer has been entered and invloves additional skin and muscle involvement, then this is called a Stage 3...not a good thing at all!!!
