Years of red wine and coffee and mine are ok but a little tinged i would say. Just not as white as they used to be. any good paste out there? I am not going to get them done at the dentist cos they are not that bad by any stretch and its hundreds of pounds.

I would say my teeth have gotten much whiter since for x-mas I got the sonicare elite toothbrush! Use it its amazing! I HATE crest whitestrips they made me gap, the strip has gooy stuff that drips into your mouth, its really gross

Try Dr. George's dental white. I used it every morning while in the shower, and then once I got them as white as I wanted, I use it once or twice a week. It's the only one I found that works. The only place I've seen it is Walgreens. But you can order it from www.drgeorges.com. I don't like the trays that come with it. They are warm and mold. You have to use them one at a time for top and bottom. I use the tray from a different one I got. It's a one piece and I can slip it in and do it all at once. Even my dentist tells me all the time..."What are you using on your teeth again? They are SO white!" They used to look yellowy due to drinking too much iced tea and soda. Good luck.

Umm alot of people say like my grandparents that only depend on herbs or natural resources. For example when i had a bad cold once my parents would make me drink cold syrup (medicine) any parent would do that but my grandparents said not to ever make them drink medicine cause they have chemicals in them etc. So the point is that don't use the whitestrips and the spin pro brushes they are both an absolute rip off. It is said that eating apples help get your teeth white. Hope that helps!!!!

I just found the Rembrandt strips and they're much easier to use and work faster than Crest strips (which I've used for years). I got them in the US for under $10 and you use them for 7 days, 30 mins. a day.

Once a week I mix a paste of baking soda and peroxide. Although I've tried the white strips that are so popular now, I found they made my teeth extremely sensitive.

Crest White strips are great and much less expensive than a professional whitening. You can get them at any drug store.
