I'm depressed, I have theses anxiety attacks since I was in elementary school. I actually call them "freaking out". It is very serious and very debilitating. I need to know where I can go online to seek help in real time. That's not some phishing , spam, etc... site! I know I should go to church ( I used to go all the time), but when I start thinking about "ceasing to exist" I "freak out". It's very sad because I know I need The Word Of GOD . But I can't handle hearing anything about dying! I am as normal a person as you are most likely. I'm not a weirdo. And I really would appreciate any advice/info. Thank You
Very Much. Signed, kj91968

As a Certified Hypnotist, I deal with people who suffer from "Anxiety Attacks" all the time. Most recently, I have helped 25 people who simply "freak out" when they have to take a test, pass the arduous NASD Series 7 exam. Medication is not a biggie in my book unless what you suffer from is a chemical imbalance of some sort...you need to relax....realize that nothing bad will happen and move on...if you would like further direction, feel free to contact me....and relax...

First of all you made the first step, you asked for help. I had major anxiety attacks and was very depressed for most of my teenage and even into my 20's. That was until I found out about drugs such as Paxill, zoloft, wellbutrin etc. Then I went to my doctor and had a really long talk. I cried alot and it helped me so much to talk to someone who understood. Then we tried out different medications until we found the one that I responded to the best. I am 33 years old now and haven't has an axiety attack since I was 25. I can work in public and deal with alot more than I could years ago. I don't know much about going online to find help but I'm sure there are doctors online that can help answer some questions. It's great to feel NORMAL, and trust me I know all about the freakouts. Get help where ever it makes you comfortable. Lastly, just know that your not alone, millions of people around the world suffer from this. I hope you get help

Please don't be too quick to get on ANY drug. That appears to be the answere to every problem now. If you get freaked out by church thats ok it's just not for you, but don't go online for counceling, it sounds to me like you need to see someone face to face. Im sure your normal, most people have something that scares them. When I was in college I convinced myself that I was dying, I had no reason to think that and that was 12 years ago( by the way Im still not dead)I prayed the rosary and that worked for me.Beleive me you are going to be alright. Take care.

Many people I know have panic attacks. You should get a prescription for Klonopin, Ativan, or Xanex. This along with changing whatever is going on in your life that is stressing you out is the only thing I have found that has helped. Good luck!

You only believe you can die because you don't know what you are.

Even if I say you can't cease to exist, you must realize it for yourself...
and the Word doesn't help...
If you really seek to know what you are and end all fear of being able to cease to exist, I will talk with you via Messenger
