what advice would you give to a 22 male, single, moving to north bay canada? any and all advice please!

Stock up on the warm clothes. I'm from Ottawa, and North Bay was, to me, extremely cold. And snowy -- be prepared to shovel people's cars out. Complete strangers, I mean. They'll be shovelling yours out the next day.

But the people were nice. There're a lot of little student-y shops and pubs to enjoy. Get a place near the main street, I think, if you can; it was very walkable.

Buy lot of warm clothes for the winter. The summers are hot. Also, finding a job in your field - most difficult.

Learn to enjoy simple things like hiking, nature and outdoor photography.

Bring a fishing rod and enjoy what's around you. It's beautiful around there.
