Spots can mean many things and you didn't explain.
Do you mean reddish blotchiness? Or breakouts?
You could have rosecia, that leaves reddish blotchiness and also can give pustules.
Use a good cleanser for oily skin and a exfoilator so as not to leave dead skin behind or it can become clogged, that again can leave spots etc...
use only none oily products on your face and cleanse thorough a.m.&p.m. regularly.
Sorry, unless one sees your skin, that's the best i can do. If none of these pointers work, see a Dermatologyst. Good luck!

Differin 0.3 gel! Works like a charm! Give it about 3 weeks and you'll be completely clear! Of course, you need a prescription for it, but it's reasonably cheap for the quality. Also, your dermatologist could prescribed tetracycline.

what type of spots, do you mean acne or freckles? if you have acne and you wash your face several times a day and no OTC medicine helps then ask your parents to take you to a dermitologist, your acne may need to be taken care of from the inside..it's nothing you are eating or drinking ,OK ...

if it's freckles..then you really need to be using a sunscreen/moisturizer on your face everyday, you should use it anyway to keep yourself looking young
