The other day I asked my so-called man would he get my cell phone that I already have activated for me, he flat out told me no. Then just recently he was buying some tires for his pretend sister. (she's gay). She works just like he does, but spends her money supporting her lover. I asked him how could he buy her some tires but wouldn't get my phone on. His response was that a cell phone wasn't sensible. I asked him where do I fit in at in his life. He told me to get in where I fit in. I didn't know exactly what he meant by that but it sounded like an insult to me. What was he saying and was it an insult?

I just added that she was gay, because I know people would probably think he was messing around with her. If I didn't know any better I would think he was also.

Oh by the way, maybe I should also clarify that my so-called man is my husband. We were just married two months ago.

What he said was not necessarily a direct insult, but a back-ended one.
That's pretty rude...maybe he said that out of frustration more than anything.
Seems silly to argue about getting a cellphone turned on. Its like mega cheap to do these days.
I would be concerned with his lack of consideration for you though. Let him know (in some way I am sure you can think of) that maybe he's the one that needs to find his "fit" in YOUR life.
Good Luck!

Sounds to me like he doesn't trust you with that phone, and he is not ready to be financially responsible or generous to you. If a man is a d**k to you but nice to others, he KNOWS it. Don't be on the begging end of this one. Ditch him and his tires.

Well I don't get why you had to mention his sister was gay, and I guess it wouldn't be a kind thing to say, but me being optimistic, I wouldn;t take it an insult!

He was being sarcastic. But I'd be worried more about why he does more for others than he does for you.

ugh- you should be number one in his life and thats all- baby if he wants you, tell him he knows where to find you, and IF you are there, maybe you'll fit him into YOUR life.
