They should be handled by Dick Cheney - he can help to write a 'clean air act' that makes it legal for them to pollute the environment!!

or you can car pool or take a bus or bike and stop throwing your cigarette butts in the urinal.

Sternly in my opinion, but the current administration has just made any analysis information as to what is in their emissions off limits to the public...neat huh???

If they are aware of the fact that they are doing it and it is bad for the environment ....They should be decapitated...Guarantee you after just one or two examples this will stop!!
