I believe it's a brand of vitamin C - many take extra vitamin C at this time of year in hopes of not getting sick.

Triple C (sometimes called skittles due to the appearance of the pill itself) is street drug slang that refers to the recreational consumption of Coricidin Cold and Cough, an OTC cold medication that contains dextromethorphan hydrobromide, which is used for its dissociative and psychedelic effects at high doses. Coricidin Cold and Cough also contain a dangerous and potentially fatal chemical called chlorphenamine maleate, making Triple Cs an unsafe method of dextromethorphan consumption. Dextromethorphan hydrobromide is also referred to as DXM, Dex, Robo, and DM. The drug is found in many common cough medications such as Robitussin and Vicks Formula 44, but the slang term Triple C usually refers specifically to Coricidin Cold and Cough pills.

Coricidin Cough and Cold.
It's an OTC cough remedy designed for people w/ high blood pressure. It uses different medicine than normal cold medicines. I accidently took 4 of them thinking they were sudafed and it had a serious effect on me. Walking was difficult, I was dizzy, and everything seemed fuzzy and hard to concentrate on. It sucked.

Why would you listen to someone at school talking about putting a bunch of crap in their body? Don't be a drone like so many other kids and start using things to try and get high. It will ruin your life.

Might be talking about cold pills, people take them to get high but it is really dangerous. Especially on cold cough and congestion pills like that..they slow down your breathing and taking a lot of them will stop it.

It's cough medicine. It's supposed to get you high, but it's extremely dangerous. Plus it's illegal.

that is retarrded and dangerous buy some weed.
it stand for cold couph and congestion
you get that stuff its like night quill you can drink it and get high.
but it is really dangerous one of my freinds died form it and i konw 3 more people that have.
