We've been dating for 3 months - our relationship has been great, but it's hard to tell how he feels. He doesn't talk about his feelings and I'm afraid to ask or tell him mine, because I don't want to scare him away. Now, I'm kind of worried b/c he told me that he's really busy with work lately (during tax season). I don't know if I'm over-reacting. He comes to my house and takes me out to dinner and then drops me off and leaves b/c he says he has work to do. What do you think?

Don’t over analyze the situation. He proly is really busy with work and just let him know you are there for him. Communicate your feelings with him and go with how you feel. Take your time, there is no need to rush in as much as you’d like to. Believe me, I’m at the 3 month mark as well and we still haven’t reached the “I love you” stage. It will come.
When people are busy and stressed with work, they are in a better mind set when they are in their own environment. In other words, it is easier for one to sleep in their own bed, get ready in their own place so they can stay a little bit more focused. Has nothing to do with you. As your relationship grows, that part will develop but that will take time. That is very sweet he is taking the time in the evenings to be with you and take you to dinner. Enjoy what you have…:)

I would give it a little more time before worrying if he loves you. I have had bfs who tell me they love me in like a freakin week (which obviously isn't real), and then bfs where it took 6 months or more. Everyone is different. It takes some people awhile to let their walls down.

I think you will be able to gage how he feels a lot more accurately by his actions than by his words. How does he treat you? Does he call you often? Does he ask to see you?

If you need to spend more time with him than just dinner, you need to let him know. I understand that he is busy with work, but I am sure he could squeeze in a good DVD and cuddle on the couch on a Saturday night.

Good luck!

Well there is one way to find out if your boyfriend loves you; ask him. As far as him being busy and doesn't have time for you, be understanding and patient. A long lasting relationship has to endure many different phases. You have to show him that you can stand by his side and appreciate when he could spend more time with you.

Are you a scorpio or a pisces? You def. have the trait! How could you have the audacity to think someone can fall inlove with you in 3 months? you will never meet your soulmate. too much negative energy. I can feel it through your answer.

Give it until six months. If everything is still going well on the surface, but he hasn't brought up his feelings towards you, bring it up then. If you make a big conversation of it now, it may indeed scare him off.

tell him you love him. if he doesn't respond right away or if his answer is incredibly empty, something might be up.
