It is not natrual to have a relationship with such a gap, normally the largest normal gaps are within 2 to 4 years. For women this is true, for men, dating younger girls is quite common around the world unless their religion prevents or goes against it.
If you do not have issues with it, I would advise not do date this unless it is absoultly true that you will not fight with a younger mate for they have a better tendancy to cheat as you grow older.

I think it's perfectly fine just as long as the younger person is over 18, and if both people are completely comfortable with the age difference. When you think about it, six years is not that big of an age difference, relatively speaking.

Sure as long as you are both legal age. There's a difference between someone 28 dating a 22 year old and an 18 year old dating a 12 year old.

Depends on what your age is.
As we get older, the age difference doesn't mean much.
But would you not agree that if you were 16 and dated a ten-year old, that would not be okay?
Given the limited information you provided, I'd say that if you are at least 26, then yes, it is okay.
Any younger, then no.

Once you get to an age , where both parties are legal age, sureeeee why not. Age is just a number. if you two have things in common and you enjoy each others company..go for it. My last husband was 14 years younger than me.. good luck

Sure if you're okay with it, but remember that guys are 2-3 years younger emotionally than girls are. So take whatever age difference is between you and add to that for your emotional age difference.

You should date people with whom you share common interests, beliefs, values, etc.
The problem with age, in general, is that in very few years' time, those things change, usually as a result of trends and fads, such that things you enjoy are no longer enjoyed because of social stigma. I know plenty of people who get along well with their significant other despite distal age relatively, because in the grand scheme of things, what do a few years really matter?
