just some advice,
if you tell a women they r bad in bed, they will kick your sorry a-ss and leave you and they will only think that you used them for the se.x not just for who or what she is. idk, do it after u come from a party or somethingg? ahahha.

I think you need to be honest with her. Tell her what you like and what you dont like. I think listening to music to get her rhythem going is a good idea as well. But I think that communication in this case is key. I mean with the whole foreplay thing you need to guide her (if you know what I mean). The only way she is going to learn to be a better lover is if you teach her.

i don't understand how you can be bad at that, it doesn't make since to me, but i will try to help...make her work for it, don't just have sex anytime...the longer you say no, usually the harder we try... try having her lay on her stomach with her butt in the air...not much work to go with that one...when she's riding just hold her by her sides or her back and force her into a motion that you are comfortable with...eventually she will learn the rhythm...hope that i helped...
